In this seminar, which is part of the Micro Degree Articial Intelligence and Society, designed by Prof. Jana Lasser, students develop and work on their own AI projects. I guided them in finding their topics, supervised the projects and evaluated them over the course of a semester. Find my slides for each session in this Github repository (in German).

2024 Guest lecturer, Misinformation in den Sozialen Medien (CODE VO SOME B; in German)

Invited by Prof. Annie Waldherr to give a guest lecture in her course Theorie und Praxis von Social Media-Kommunikation, I provided an overview of the research on misinformation on social media, covering definitions, prevalance, and current debates in the field.

VHS Urania, Vienna

2024 Guest lecturer, Misinformation und Fake News in Sozialen Medien (in German)

As part of the series on digital democracy, the VHS Vienna (an adult education center with courses on many different topics), asked me to hold a lecture on misinformation on social media. This was a more general public, with many pensioners and some of my friends (who finally understood what I am actually doing), and I also got critical questions from people who seemed to distrust the mainstream media.
